It’s 31° in Melbourne today but nothing could stop me from wearing my incredible new Geobasket sneakers, a most generous birthday gift from my beau Edit Evening.

I wouldn’t have said sneakers fit in with my overall aesthetic – but then, I never had a pair that so perfectly fit my style. I find it strange how despite their inherent casual nature, they somehow don’t look out of place with a great dress.

I love them! I’ve wanted some kickass sneakers like that for a while—my boy has been after a pair like that as well. You can’t go wrong with Rick Owens. They look amazing with that outfit, and I bet they’re so comfy.
