This short film from LN-CC follows the intensive processes and skills that go into creating one of the Aztlan bracelets by men’s jewellery label Copula; a 925 sterling silver interpretation of a traditional friendship bracelet.

I just love watching other jewellers work. For those who don’t know what processes go on at the bench behind the scenes, this short film is a wonderful introduction to the kind of work we do.

This is so so SO awesome! I love working with my hands and have such an appreciation for metal and jewellery makers and everything that goes into it behind the scenes, that if often not highlighted. Hooray to the LNCC!

Nice! I think it’s important for buyers/clients to witness how much work actually goes into a handcrafted piece of jewelry, so they can truly appreciate the craft, as well as it’s value.

I need that printing machine in my life…great video. I watch the Chanel ones on YouTube and marvel at the amount of time, work, energy, and creativity goes into this. I make jewelry myself and it’s a lot of work sometimes. I just wish people knew that before attempting to haggle with me…

Thanks for sharing this video to get a behind the scenes view of what goes on when making jewelry. I never appreciated the craftmanship, intracacy and patience required untiI saw this video. I have never been good at making crafts myself which makes me in awe of anyone that can create a piece of jewelry.
