Ann Demeulemeester Vitello Ankle Boots

I hesitated buying these ankle boots for over six months because I was worried they were too same/same as my Rick Owens ankle boots. To my eye they are very obviously different, but I appreciate that to most other people they would be perceived as almost identical. However, realising that same/same (in the eyes of others) is a bit of a sartorial goal for me; I added to cart. Although in the interim they went on an even further reduction than I had seen them for back in May, my normal size had sold out. With a thick pair of socks though I can get away with them, I think. I love the black zips and the fact they’re slightly more streamline than my Rick Owens ankle boots. Between the two pairs I think I now have all wedge ankle boot occasions covered.
