I like to refer to Sea Of Ghosts as a chronicle of a style evolution. Although my choices in fashion are much more refined than they were four years ago, the pursuit of style nirvana continues. The introduction of considered minimalism in my wardrobe and my life was a significant milestone on that journey and I find myself in a place today that fills me with renewed anticipation for my future.
For the last few months I’d had the growing feeling that the standing incarnation of Sea Of Ghosts no longer embodied my best interests. The entire blog has been subtly restructured to better align with my life’s current trajectory; and to resonate so too has the visual arrangement.
My waning posting consistency is lamentable although perhaps understandable given my increasingly demanding commitments to both study and work. However I am taking this opportunity to pledge a schedule of at least two posts each week across a variety of streamlined categories such as WEAR, SHOP, INSPIRE and DESIGN.
In line with my growing involvement in the Melbourne jewellery industry I’m also planning to include a greater focus on jewellery design, as it’s a relatively untouched topic that’s deeply personal and important to me. JEWELLERY will feature content on exciting local and international jewellers and their work.
I hope that this transformation will ensure a better reader experience both from the usability perspective but also on a personal level of interest and the search for authenticity amongst the chaff.
