I threw this on to run into the city this afternoon to pick up some commissions I’ve been working on from the casters… working on my collection has been put on the back burner for now while I study but I’m still taking custom orders for any of the styles I’ve blogged about. I’m also selling off some of my samples on my Etsy store so don’t miss out on those, they’re excellent prices.

I can’t wait to share some of the things I’ve been creating in my course… but with only two to three hours of bench time per class each week, one or two items take weeks to complete. I’ve finally got more equipment in my own studio though which will help give me a better opportunity to work on things from home. Being forced to go back to basics is paying off – I’m moving in a strange direction and am excited about where it might take my work in the future.

Looking fabulous Miss Ghost! I’ve a pretty similar top from swensk albeit in an indigo hue. Super easy to wear but with the interesting asymmetrical thing going on.

And I am interested in your shop-similar list ecause I was on some US blogs the other night and thought, “shit, should I do this too to promote shops I like too??” – you’ve got me edging closer to doing it!

Don’t know why I could not find the perfect leather pants! They make my legs look fatter than they are, so I always end up giving up. But seeing these pictures makes me crave again and invite me to not give up the search! arghhh ;)

I keep hearing people saying rude things about pieces with shorter fronts than backs but it’s a line I really like. I really like this top and am very envious as I’d love nothing more than to don a pair of leather pants.
