A Fall To Earth

Melbourne-based jewellery designer Estelle Dévé‘s third collection A Fall To Earth subscribes to a kind of space opera; a retro-celestial archetype imagined by science fiction visionaries of Seventies music and film.

Reminiscent of pieces fallen from space shuttles disengaging from the heavens, A Fall To Earth blends leather, crystallized water and silver-plated pewter to compose a penetrating, chilly architecture. This haunting sanctuary of crystal and rock formations echoes the exotics of a lonely Arctic tundra- but secretly alludes to a distant, intergalactic odyssey.

Selected pieces from A Fall To Earth are now available on Alegorie. Use code 30for30 to save 30% on everything* on Alegorie until September 5th.
