Shaun Leane

Close friends with Alexander McQueen, London-based jeweller Shaun Leane has been creating boundary-pushing catwalk jewellery for the designer since 1992. I am in great enamour with this stunning garnet and ruby ring from one of Leane’s recent collections, Luna.

It’s b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! And I love Alexander Mcqueen. He’s probably my favourite designer at the moment! (I can’t help it, I’m skull obsessed! Must be a throwback to my metal days..)

the shape of the ruby is amazing, love it!

these are pretty incredible. they remind me indirectly of sea creatures, there must be some subtle visual associations there.
they would look pretty fierce among a jumble of other rings. the pink-red tones get on my nerves slightly, imagine if it was in a light silvery-grey…!

Oh.

My.

God.

Can I have one, please? In, like, every different colour ever?

The ring is just breathtakingly beautiful.

Thanks for sharing it darling. Xx

now thats a ring that I could wear. I only wear rings that are big and draw attention. I think this fits those standards. :)

that would have to be the first piece of jewelery that I’ve actually ached for in a long time. ♥
